In one of the sporting highlights of 2022, England’s Lionesses triumphed in the Women’s Euros, famously defeating Germany 2-1 in the Final after extra time at a sold-out Wembley Stadium to bring home England’s first
major football trophy since 1966!
Our special guests for this event will be England and Chelsea’s defensive stalwart, the brilliant Millie Bright, and Goalkeeper of the Tournament, Mary Earps, both of whom started every game at the Euros. Joining these two key World Cup players will be former England midfielder Hope Powell who scored 35 goals in 66 matches for the Lionesses between 1983 and 1998, before going on to manage the national side for over 15 years up until 2013!
It will be fascinating to hear from our three guests as the Lionesses build towards the World Cup beginning in July. The event will include a reception
drink, a delicious three course dinner, half a bottle of wine per person, charity memorabilia auction and extensive interview and questions with the stars and our Sky Sports host.
